Tim prepares for the banquet

We had a full house at the weekend with people from all over Ireland and a party from the UK who travelled for the event. Tim O'Sullivan and his team in the kitchen prepared and cooked a magnificent banquet of seven courses for the main night. Jackie Kenny (J&C Kenny Wine Distributors) and Ross Golden-Bannon (Food & Wine Magazine) paired the wines with each course.
