Learn more about your favourite drinks with talks on their origins and distilling processes and how to make your very own gin at home.
There will be a guided tasting of a variety of both spirits with guidance on what compliments their differences and how to emphaise these when serving.
Post Dinner “Gunpowder Gin” presents a tasting and appreciation of all things “Gin”.
5 pm. Bushmills, the oldest distillery in the world sponsors a presentation of whiskey history, how to taste and appreciate whiskey and of course a tasting of a range of Bushmills Whiskeys.
There will also be cocktail making demonstrations.
