250ml This is our house dressing. Very light & fresh tasting, use to dress a simple green leaf salad; avocado prawns; broccoli, cherry tomato & feta cheese salad. A lighter alternative to mayonnaise in coleslaw or waldorf salad. Delicious as a stir fry dressing.

220g Created for picnic lunches on our fishing and walking trips, this chutney is also the perfect accompaniment for casseroles, salads, cheese on ciabatta and lots more when you are at home.
210g This was a favourite condiment of Oliver St. John Gogarty; made with the apples and rosemary grown in the kitchen garden at Renvyle House. Serve as an accompaniment to roast leg of lamb, chicken dishes, pate or pork terrine.
220g Served on our menu with goat’s cheese; try serving this delicious onion marmalade with chicken & leek bake, as a base for mini pizzas, with Connemara lamb or even Parma ham & salamis. I also recommend it served with our traditional cooked Irish breakfast.
250ml Used in many of our Restaurant dishes, this Sweet Chilli Sauce is excellent used to flavour soups or Bolognese sauce. Especially good with chicken dishes. For a quick pasta sauce mix with single cream. For a quick dip mix with softened cream cheese or Greek yoghurt.
