A weekend of Italian Flavours with special guest Catherine Fulvio of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School.  Friday evening arrive to platters of antipasti and an Italian wine tasting.  

Saturday, Catherine will host a cookery demonstration featuring some of the Italian Classics.  A five course typical Italian dinner on Saturday night prepared by head chef Tim O’Sullivan with complimentary wine from J&C Kenny Wine Distributors
