Spend a week with our well-being coach learning tools for health and well-being.
Three hours a day will be dedicated to learning techniques and know-how on positive ageing.
Sessions daily between 11am - 2pm Learn about:
- Chi Kung - movement, breath and meditation rolled into one, and the secret to why the Chinese live to such a ripe old age.
- Brain longevity - the latest research into preventing memory loss. Including information on diet, supplements and specific exercises for blood circulation and brain.
- Easy Yoga - everyday enjoyable yoga set for vitality and overall tune-up. Plus gentle yoga exercises for arthritis prevention.
- Talks and tips on what we can do to encourage sound sleep, how to attain supple skin etc.
- Walking meditation - fresh air and gentle pace to invigorate the body and calm the mind.
- Relaxation and deep breathing techniques.
