Tim O'Sullivan, head chef at Renvyle House has launched a range of food products

These will accompany a great variety of dishes and are used by Tim in the preparation of his food.  A true taste of Connemara and good food.  "It was of great importance to use an Irish producer given the current climate." said Ronnie Counihan, G.M. of Renvyle House  The food products include: Tim's Salad Dressing, 'Good Morning Marmalde', a Picnic Chutney, an Apple and Rosemary Preserve (something like an Membrillo), a Sweet Chilli sauce and Tim's Red Onion Marmalde.

These are all made in Ireland by food Producer Janet Drew.  Production work, label design and printing are also made in Ireland.
