PhpWe’ve a busy couple of days lined up this midweek with Chef Frank Moynihan and Head Chef, Author & Eurotoques Commissioner demonstrating delicious recipes for you to recreate at home this winter and for Christmas season ahead. Using locally sourced and produced foods including delicious Connemara Hill Lamb and fresh Mussels and Crabmeat from Killary Fjord.
The second of these midweek cookery breaks ran from Sunday 19th November and was a great success with new recipes for everyone to recreate at home.
