With Food & Travel writers John & Sally McKenna and Eurotoques Executive Chef Tim O’Sullivan, this weekend will cover sourcing food from the sea and shoreline along the Wild Atlantic Way. Cookery demonstrations as well as leaning how to fillet and prepare fish. Discussions on seasonality, shellfish, seaweed and seafood on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Weekend Package €225 per person and includes:
- 2 nights Bed & Breakfast
- Welcome reception a glass of wine or prosecco on Friday evening with hot & cold Hors d'Oeuvres
- Saturday night’s 'Blue Coast Banquet' prepared by Tim and his team
- Demonstrations, Shore Field Trip & a Fulacht Fia 'Stone Age Cookery' demonstration.
