Here's some helpful tips for using it:
Warm yourself in the wood fired sauna for up to 10 minutes without adding humidity. Exit and rinse off in refreshing Atlantic. Allow your body to continue to cool down by drinking something refreshing, such as water. Re-enter the sauna for another 10 minutes or so.
The entire sauna is allocated to private group (couple, family or pod of friends) of up to 4 people under the current Covid restrictions. Each booking is allocated for a 50 minute slot.
