Every meal is derived from fresh local ingredients and prepared and cooked to order.

Our Rusheenduff Restaurant features a wide range of Irish and Continental cuisine with Irish beef, Connemara lamb and locally caught fish and seafood along with herbs, salad leaves and some vegetables grown in our own Kitchen Gardens.

Our An Duirling Bar offers a more relaxed dining experience. Enjoy Killary Mussels, Connemara Lamb and Finnerty's Beef Burgers alongside Inishboffin White Cow Beer, Mescan Lager from Westport or a Full Sail IPA from Galway.
