Fabulous hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was gorgeous. The outdoor hot tub was so relaxing. The hotel has a family-run feel about it and is so well managed by Anne Marie. Will definitely go back.

The staff are wonderful, helpful, kind and caring, under the watchful eye of Ann-Marie who herself is so welcoming and her attention to every detail during your stay. Mary and myself had a lovely 2 night stay in mid February. The hotel is beautiful. There is such great attention to detail. We had a very comfortable room. Two great breakfasts I had the excellent Cleggan Plaice and the following day I had the traditional full breakfast. We both had the Connemara lamb on our dinner night. The staff in all areas of the hotel dining room bar and reception are extremely efficient but also highly personable. The stay was so good that in that Victor Kiamesque way with his Remington electric shaver as within a couple of days of getting home I booked another 2 night stay in spring Ann Marie is a wonderful host . I had the most wonderful two nights at Renvyle after New Years. I went solo to work on my thesis, the internet was reliable and fast despite being in the middle of Connemara, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the two Argentinian brothers working at the bar. As a veggie it can be hard to find food but Ann-Marie and the rest of the staff took great care of me, the food was delicious, wholesome and great value. The hotel itself is stunning; my new favourite hotel in Ireland. There is so much to do I was finding it hard to settle into work! With hot tubs overlooking the ocean, the outdoor pool and the lovely trails around the hotel, I imagine in the summer it would be even more tempting. The location is great, I hiked Tully and diamond hill while I was there, both only around 15 minutes away driving. Clifden isn't far either. They had a live harpist play on one of the nights. The adults only quiet room was a wonderful space for reading and going over notes. I truly loved it here and can't wait to come back! Thank you

Renvyle is an oasis of calm that everyone should enjoy at least once! It is everything that is right about Irish hotels: great staff, warm, comfortable, excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the warmth and cosiness of this hotel with its beautiful grounds Five of us stayed one night B and B with Dinner package at this lovely property. We were returning, having stayed multiple times over the years. Always such a great place to relax and unwind. It has a very picturesque location, surrounded by mountains, sea and shore-with natural old -world charm, it is a total escape. There are lots of quiet comfortable lounging areas to read and relax and extensive grounds by the shore for walks. The food is amazing. We had a very good cooked to order breakfast and the dinner in the dining room was excellent. All fabulous fresh food, some of our group had fish and the others had lam There was an extensive choice available on both menus -everything was beautifully presented in beautiful surroundings and great waiter service. Ann Marie and her staff were friendly and welcoming and all staff were attentive during our stay. Great credit is due to management and cleaning/maintenance staff as maintaining a costal property must be challenging. The bedrooms were spotless with modern conveniences and the grounds, were very well maintained. The bed was most comfortable and we all had a very peaceful night’s sleep. With the Atlantic is on the doorstep, we took walks along the seashore while the other took a dip in the heated swimming pool and used the fabulous outdoors hot tub overlooking the beach. Everyone enjoyed the break and we cannot wait to return. Thank you.

À lovely, relaxing accommodation nestled in the remote hills of Connemara. As mentioned on the approach to the hotel, a stress free zone. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, very nice food and overall a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Long overdue post pandemic visit. Anne Marie and the whole team excelled as always making our time seem like home from home.

I love everything about this hotel. It is home away from home with the most beautiful staff. When you are a guest in the hotel, you feel so taken care of. The location is stunning & the hot tubs overlooking the Atlantic & the mountain views has to be experienced. Anne Marie is the ultimate hostess.

It’s a 5 from both of us. The room was really comfortable; the food - both breakfast and dinner - exceedingly good. Definitely 5 star. The staff each and every one, absolutely lovely. Your greatest treasure though has to be your manager Ann Marie. First time visit to Renvyle and first meeting with Ann Marie, so welcoming, so kind and so helpful, with a great sense of humour towards everyone. We were very fortunate to have a one-night stay at Renvyle House when the weather was really good. Watching the sun go down over the lake was truly spectacular and the lovely walks are so relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were top-class. We look forward to returning soon again,

This was just what we needed. The hotel delivered. It was quiet, remote and a perfect setting. The rooms where old fashioned but comfortable. However the food and the service was amazing

My new favourite hotel :) cant wait to be back already
