Is ID required on check-in?
Yes, ID is required upon check-in and must match the name on the reservation. A passport or drivers’ licence is accepted. Reservations cannot be amended at check-in unless ID is provided by the booker.  Please note under 18's cannot stay in the hotel unless travelling with a parent or guardian.

Can luggage be left at Reception if I arrive before check-in starts?
Yes, we can store your luggage if you arrive to the hotel before 3.00pm; there is no charge for this service.

Where is Renvyle House Hotel located?  How far is Renvyle House Hotel from Galway city centre?
We are in northwest Connemara, 85km from Galway city centre.  We are a 10 minutes’ drive from the Connemara National Park and the village of Letterfrack and a 15 minutes’ drive from the iconic Kylemore Abbey.

Directions to Renvyle House: Make your way from major ports or airports to Galway city. Take the N59 west from Galway towards Clifden, passing through Moycullen, Oughterard and Maam Cross. At Recess, turn right (Renvyle signposted) into the Inagh Valley. At the end of the Inagh Valley, at Kylemore, turn left (Hotel signposted). At Letterfrack, turn right (Hotel signposted). After 4 kilometres continue straight through the villages Tullycross and Tully, continue on for another 1km and you will arrive at the gates of Renvyle House.

Can I use Public Transport to get there?
Citylink provide a service from Galway to Lettefrack via Clifden.  We can help arrange transportation from Letterfrack.

If I’m booking for someone else, how do I pay for their stay?

How do I book using a voucher?

Have you free parking?
Yes, we have ample free parking, at the front and the coastal side of the hotel. Wheelchair accessible spaces are also available at the front door.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests and available in all bedrooms and throughout the hotel.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, we require a credit card or debit card for all reservations. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. Your card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless we require a security deposit prior to arrival (group bookings only).  If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first night’s stay.

We are a non-smoking and non-vaping hotel.

Do all guests have free access to our leisure facilities?
Yes, all our resident guests have complimentary use of our outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, boats and kayaks, fly-fishing, croquet. 
There may be some limitations in place, from time to time, to services facilities for a short period.

The swimming pool opening times are: 9.00am to 8.00pm.
please note that children Under 16 Years must be accompanied into the pool  and be supervised by a responsible adult.  Adult supervision required for all our water-based activities for children under 16 years.

What time is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Served?
Breakfast is served 8.30am to 11:00am
Bar Food available from 12:30pm to 8:30pm
Dinner is served in ourRusheenduff Restaurant from 6.30pm to 8.15pm
