RENVYLE HOUSE BROWN BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 560g Wholemeal Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Salt
- 55g Mix Seeds - optional (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
- 445ml Buttermilk
- 90g Black Treacle
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175ºC (fan oven)/ 345ºF / Gas Mark 4
- Line the baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine the buttermilk and treacle with a whisk.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a fork or spatula.
- Pour the mix into the tin(s)
